Shipping rates
- Free shipping on all orders over €45 / $50
- Standard shipping rates apply below this threshold and are calculated at checkout
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods, sales, or due to customs processing.
Tracking
Every Loomis order ships with full tracking. You'll get an email the moment your package leaves our warehouse, with a link to follow its journey to your door.
International orders
We currently ship to 75+ countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply on arrival — these vary by country and are not included in the order total.
Lost or delayed packages

Wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped, and re-shipping fees may apply for packages returned due to incorrect addresses.
